The main aims of the Master of Science program in Physical Therapy are: To deepen and expand the theoretical and applied knowledge in diagnosis, evaluation, and to expand students’ knowledge of traditional and innovative methods of therapy and rehabilitation.
To train professional and skilled therapists in the forefront of knowledge, to manage and lead in the profession, in healthcare, education, and welfare systems.
To create a pool of young people to enter research within the clinical field and in academic frameworks.
To encourage system-wide community, multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural thinking, and to apply it in clinical and research frameworks.
To develop and deepen basic and clinical research in the fields of physical therapy and related fields of knowledge.
To encourage the development of innovative perspectives and their application in the treatment of limitations and disabilities in the movement, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems, thereby helping the weaker populations, such as the elderly, children with disabilities, and the disabled of all ages, to improve their health and living conditions.
To detect and point out risk factors and possible sources of problems in the health and illness of the community, that demand planning of preventive action and/or taking interventional steps.
Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with a grade point average of 80.
