Ph.D in Leadership and Policy in Education
Education is one of the key components in a modern society. The department aims to develop and train educators who possess the knowledge and understanding of management and leadership, organization, and policy in the education system.
Students will focus on informal education using a critical and innovative multidisciplinary approach that includes courses in the fields of psychology, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, policy research, organizational and management research. The program includes workshops and meetings with a variety of informal educational organizations.
All doctoral graduates are awarded Education Worker certification with a specialization in social-community education certified by the Ministry of Education.
