Ph.D in Evolutionary and Environmental Biology
The Department of Evolutionary and Environmental Biology was founded in 2002 and offers Master of Science and doctoral degree programs. The department’s faculty are from numerous ecological and evolutionary research backgrounds, and together they form an enthusiastic web of advanced researchers while striving for excellence. A bioinformatics track has also been established recently in conjunction with other departments in the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

The program is divided into two stages:
Stage I Research—Dedicated to writing the research proposal (must not exceed one year from the semester in which the student was accepted).
Stage II Research—Dedicated to writing the doctoral thesis (must not exceed three years).
