The Department aims to develop and train educators who are knowledgeable on issues and processes of management and leadership, organization and policy of education systems, while focusing on the wide social-cultural aspect and its effect on formal and non-formal education. Studies in the department reflect diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives, and involve exposing students to practice in different educational institutions.
Bachelor’s degree with a grade point average of 80 or higher

Passing the entrance exam
The Department has three Master’s degree programs:
The Program for Education, Society and Culture.
The Program for Management of Education Systems (which includes a study program for those serving in the security forces).
Administration with specialization in the Management of Institutions of Higher Education (in conjunction with the Faculty of Management).
Employment options after graduation: Management positions in formal and non- formal education, positions in nonprofit organizations, human resources, and academic teaching and research.
